Sourced from vines in the sub region of Pisa, Cromwell. The fruit was foot stomped and left on skins overnight. Gently whole-bunch pressed in a basket press, lightly settled and racked off solids for a cool slow ferment in stainless steel tank.
A delicately handcrafted and elegant character. Ripe citrus aromas complement a complex wine of limes and stone fruit.
