Sourced from vines in the sub region of Pisa, Cromwell.  The fruit was foot stomped and left on skins overnight. Gently whole-bunch pressed, lightly settled and racked off solids for a cool slow ferment in stainless steel tank.

A delicately handcrafted and elegant character.  Ripe citrus aromas complement a complex wine of limes and stone fruit

Sourced from the Central Otago region.  The fruit was carefully handpicked; left on skins for 7 days and gently pressed, lightly settled and racked off solids for a cool slow ferment in stainless steel tank. 

A vibrant and juicy character, with aromas of strawberries and cream, complemented by a crisp natural acidity.  Perfect for a hot summers day.  Drink now or cellar up to 1 year.

Sourced from vines in the Wanaka Road – Cromwell region.  The fruit was carefully handpicked; gently foot stomped and left on skins overnight.  Whole-bunch pressed in a basket press, lightly settled and racked off solids for a cool slow ferment in stainless steel tank with extensive lees stirring to increase the mouthfeel.

A soft silky character with dark cherry, black currants and a hint of liquorice.  A wine with elegance and complexity.  Ready to drink now or cellar up to 5-7 years
