A vibrant and juicy character, with aromas of strawberries and cream, complemented by a crisp natural acidity. Perfect for a hot summers day. Drink now or cellar up to 1 year.

Sourced from vines in the Wanaka Road – Cromwell region. The fruit was carefully handpicked; gently foot stomped and left on skins overnight. Whole-bunch pressed in a basket press, lightly settled and racked off solids for a cool slow ferment in stainless steel tank with extensive lees stirring to increase the mouthfeel.
